Operator Activity Report
This report displays the activity (number of items, postage value) of all operators in the
machine in a selected period.
Requirements
• To generate this report, you have to be logged in as a supervisor.
• The account mode has to be 'Accounts with Access control'.
• You have to specify the period for the report (Begin date and an End date).
Default period : Begin = 1st day of the current month and End = current date.

Content
Fields
For each operator:
• Period
• Operator name (whatever its status)
• Number of items on the period
• Total postage value on the period
Machine Activity Report
This report displays the activity of the system, presented in hour bands, for a specified
period if time.
Requirements
• You have to specify the period for the report (Begin date and an End date).
Default period : Begin = 1st day of the current month and End = current date.
Outputs
• USB printer
• USB memory key

Comments
If an account mode without 'operators' has
been used during the period, the items prin-
ted in this mode appear in the report under
the name: 'Others'.
