Transferring from external (through Ethernet connection)

Prerequisites:
● An Ethernet connection has been established between the control system and the PC.
● A network drive (which includes the part program to be transferred) has been created and connected.
Proceed as follows to transfer a part program from external through the Ethernet connection:

Press this softkey and the system automatically switches to "AUTO" mode in the machining
operating area. The program is transferred to the buffer memory on the control system and
then displayed in the following window:

If desired, you can use this softkey to specify how you want the program to be executed.
For more information of the program control, refer to Section "Program control (Page 40)".

Press this key to execute the program. The program is reloaded continuously.
Either at the end of the program or after pressing this key, the program is automatically
removed from the control system.
1.
Select the desired operating area on the PPU.
2.
Press this softkey to view the network drive(s) created.
3.
Enter the desired network drive (which includes the part program to be transferred) with this
key.
4.
Select the program file you desire to transfer.
5.
Press this softkey to copy the file to the buffer memory on the control system.
6.
Enter the program directory.
7.
Press this softkey to paste the copied file into the program directory.
