Measuring the workpiece

Overview
You need to select the relevant offset panel (for example, G54) and the axis you want to determine for the offset. The
following graph is an example about how to determine the work offset in the Z axis.
Before measuring, you can start the spindle by following the steps in Section "Activating the spindle (Page 22)".
