Function
Sets the communication output item of harmonic
measurement ON/OFF, queries the current
setting.

Description The selection SYNChronize is for outputting
the frequency of the PLL source.

commands other than
"MEASure:HARMonics:ITEM" (ASCII format).

Function
Turns ON/OFF the additional information output
when outputting measured/computed data in
binary format.
