Manage variable data printing (VDP jobs)

Introduction
When a VDP job is sent to a queue, an additional [Records] column appears with the icon in the
figure below. Change the job settings of a VDP job just like any other print job, except for optional
page programming functions. Note that a job setting applies to every record. For example, staple
does not staple the whole job; it staples every record.

NOTE
To make proof prints, send a VDP job to the list of [Waiting jobs] or the [DocBox].
Procedure
1.
Touch [Jobs] -> [Queues] -> [Waiting jobs].
2.
Touch [Properties] or double-touch the print job to display the job properties.
3.
Check and change the job properties, if required.
4.
Press [OK].
5.
If you want to print a range of records, touch [Print range] to set the range.
6.
If you want to make a proof print, touch [Proof] to print the first record.
The first record of the print job is copied as a print job to the bottom of the list of [Scheduled
jobs].
7.
If the proof is OK, touch [Print] to print all the records.
The job is moved to the bottom of the list of [Scheduled jobs].
NOTE
You can stop the active print job
