TESTING PROCEDURE
NOTE:
Use Sun made equipment (VAT 40) or equivalent.
1. Apply a load three (3) times higher than battery capacity.
Results
Voltage stays above 9.6 V
Voltage drops below 9 .6 V
2. Check current draw from battery as described in Service Bulletin, Category 5 no.017/88.
3. Check charging system as per Workshop Manual.
