BILLING PROCEDURE
If you elect to use the dealer parts account for ordering purposes, you will be billed by MM A (Mazda Motor
o f America, Inc.) at month's end. For those dealerships within the Mazda Distributors Great Lakes area,
you will be billed directly from them.
In addition to items listed on the order form, you will, from time to time, receive other collateral from
HELM which represents items slated for all dealer mailings.
