Mazda does not recommend propylene glycol coolants. Available information indicates the following characteristics
regarding propylene glycol coolants:
Mazda recommends ethylene giycol and water mixture. Customer's with questions regarding coolant should be
directed to the information in Section 7 of their owner's manual.
IMPORTANT:
Service and Parts Managers should read this bulletin carefully, sign and convey all information to those concerned.

■ May not provide adequate corrosion protection (to meet Mazda specifications)
■ Freezing temperature is 10 - 20% higher than ethylene glycol based coolants
