1. APPLY LITHIUM SOAP BASE GLYCOL GREASE TO
RUBBER PARTS OF PISTON
2. INSTALL TWO SPRINGS AND PISTONS
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the rubber lips
on the pistons.
{a) Insert two springs and pistons straight in, not at an
angle.
{b) Using snap ring pliers, install the snap ring.
3. INSTALL PISTON STOPPER BOLT AND NEW GASKET
Using a screwdriver, push the pistons in all the way and
install the piston stopper bolt through the new gasket.
Torque the bolt.
Torque: 100 kg-em (7 ft-lb, 10 N·m)
4. INSTALL RESERVOIR UNION
{a) Install the union through the new gaskets.
(b) Install and torque the union bolt.
Torque: 550 kg-em (40 ft-lb, 54 N·m)
