MIDDLE CRANKCASE

• Remove the crankcase bolts (6 mm).

Loosen the crankcase bolts diagonally and the smaller sizes first.

• Remove the crankcase bolts (8 mm).

• Remove the O-ring 1.

• Loosen the bearing cap bolts by using 10 mm, 12 point socket

wrench, and tap the bearing cap bolt lightly with plastic ham-

mer to remove the bearing cap.

• Remove the crankshaft and thrust washers 2.
