the clutch sleeve hub in the prescribed order.
NOTE:
Insert the outermost No.1 drive plate claws A to the other slits B
of clutch housing as shown.
DRIVE PLATE:
A No.1 Drive Plate (Thickness): 3.0 mm (0.12 in) ... 8 pcs [Purple paint]
B No.2 Drive Plate (Thickness): 3.0 mm (0.12 in) ... 2 pcs [Green paint]
DRIVEN PLATE:
a No.1 Driven Plate (Thickness):1.6 mm (0.09 in) ... 2 pcs
b No.2 Driven Plate (Thickness):2.0 mm (0.08 in) ... 7 pcs
• Install the clutch push rod 1 into the countershaft.
• Install the clutch push piece 2, the bearing 3 and the thrust
washer 4 to the countershaft.
NOTE:
Thrust washer 4 is located between the pressure plate and the
bearing 3 .
• Install the clutch pressure plate.
