CLUTCH
• Install the thrust washer onto the countershaft.
NOTE:
The chamfer side A of the thrust washer faces crankcase side.
• Install the oil pump drive gear 1 to the primary driven gear
assembly.
NOTE:
Rotate the crankshaft so as not to contact the primary driven gear
and crankshaft balance weight.
• Install the primary driven gear assembly.
NOTE:
Be sure to engage the oil pump drive and driven gears, primary
drive and driven gears.
• Install the bearing 1 and spacer 2 and apply engine oil to them.
• Install the thrust washer 1.
