INSTALLATION

Install the engine drain plug to the oil cooler cover.

Install a new gasket with the relief valve.

Install 2 new gaskets and the oil cooler to the oil cooler cover
with the 4 nuts.

Torque: 8 N∙m (80 kgf∙cm, 69 in.∙lbf)
INSTALL RELIEF VALVE
Torque: 39 N∙m (400 kgf∙cm, 29 ft∙lbf)

ASSEMBLY OIL COOLER AND OIL COOLER COVER

Torque: 16 N∙m (160 kgf∙cm, 12 ft∙lbf)
I NS TALL O I L P RE S S URE S E NDE R G AUG E
Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the oil pressure sender
gauge.
Adhesive:
Part No. 08833- -00080, THREE BOND 1344,
LOCTITE 242 or equivalent
Install the oil pressure sender gauge.
