Set the drive mode selector lever
to Ihe
2WD position
.

Be
sure the clutch arm poSition is between
the
2WD
marks (1]
.
Tum Ihe adjusting nut [2J on the drive mode selector
cable clockwise until the joint pin [31 just touches the
clutch arm slot (4J with the nut ends (5] contacting the
joint pin (cutout is not
seated).
Then
further
turn
it
clockwise
1/4
of
a turn to
seat the cutout
in
Ihe nut onto
the
joint pin
.
Make
sure that
the
clearance
between the joint pin and
arm slot is 0,25 - 2 mm (0.01 - 0.39 in).
After
adjustment.
check the selector lever for smooth
operation.
