Booklet copy ("4in1/Booklet" setting)
§
Select this setting to reduce the
document for booklet-making and
copying onto both sides of the
paper.
The page order differs than with the
"2-2in1" setting.
The pages are laid out so that they
can be read like a magazine.If the
"4in1/Booklet" setting is selected,
the size of the original is
automatically reduced.
Booklet-binding ("Booklet Creation" setting)
§
Select this setting to bind copies
with staples and fold them along the
center. (The copies will be made
into a booklet.)
Note
If less than 5 document pages are
loaded, they will be fed out without
being bound, even if the "Bind"
setting was selected.
Tip
The copy zoom ratio during 2in1
copying, 4in1 copying and booklet binding can be specified using the
"2in1, 4in1, Booklet Copy Zoom" function on the User's Choice:
2 screen. For more details, refer to "To set the "2in1, 4in1, Booklet
Copy Zoom" function" on page 9-38.
