7 Advanced Operations
7.1 Selecting the Orig > Copy Settings (Copy Settings)
The type of original and the desired type of copy can be specified. In
addition, the document orientation and the position of the binding margin
can also be specified.
The Copy settings are described below. For details about the Original
setting and the document orientation and binding margin position, refer to
"Selecting the Orig > Copy Settings (Original Settings)" on page 6-25 and
"Selecting the Orig > Copy Settings (Original Direction and Margin
Position Settings)" on page 7-8.
The following nine Copy settings are available.

Single-sided ("1" setting)

Double-sided ("2" setting)
G
Single-sided 2in1 ("1-2in1" setting)
G Double-sided 2in1 ("2-2in1" setting)

Booklet ("4in1/Booklet" setting)
G Booklet-binding ("Booklet Creation" setting)
G
Center-erasing ("Center Erase" setting)
G Single-sided 4in1 ("1-4in1" setting)
G
Double-sided 4in1 ("2-4in1" setting)
Note
Double-sided, double-sided 2in1 and double-sided 4in1 copying are
only available if the optional duplex unit is installed.
Booklet-binding and center-erasing are only available if the optional
finisher FN-8 is installed.
