15.3.1 Configuring the Telnet/FTP Password of the Avaya G860
Media Gateway
To configure the Telnet/FTP Password, take these 4 steps:
1. In the MG Tree to the left, select the Media Gateway on which maintenance
action is required.
2. Right click on the selected Media Gateway and in the popup menu, select the
Details option. the MG Information dialog box appears.
3. In the Telnet Password field, change the password to match the current
configuration of your Avaya G860 Media Gateway.
4. Click OK.

Starting the Online Software Upgrade Wizard

To perform a software upgrade, take these 4 steps:
1. In the MG Tree to the left, select the Media Gateway on which maintenance
action is required.
2. Click the
screen. The popup menu appears (refer to the figure below).
