Speed deviation monitoring
Overview
The function calculates and monitors the speed or velocity of a machine component.
Description of function
The converter compares speed r0586 with speed actual value r2169 and signals when the
difference between the encoder signal and the motor speed is too high.

p2181 defines the response of the converter to an excessive deviation.
The "Measuring probe" subfunction calculates the speed from the pulse signal of the digital
input.
