■Coexistence of line and star topologies
Line and star topologies can be mixed according to the availability of connection as described below.
• Configure the number of the CC-Link IE TSN Class B device stations and TSN switching hubs to eight or less in total on the
transmission path from the master station to the CC-Link IE TSN Class B device of the end.
• When connecting CC-Link IE TSN Class A devices, they must be connected to the end side of a CC-Link IE TSN Class B
device or to a TSN switching hub. In this case, a star topology is also possible by using a TSN switching hub or general-
purpose switching hub.
