8 Maintenance
Remove the Pump Head Assembly
3 Using a 1/4 inch wrench disconnect the pump outlet
capillary from the purge valve. Disconnect the waste
tube.
NOTE
Beware of leaking solvents due to hydrostatic pressure.
5 Remove the capillary at the bottom of the pump head.
7 Remove the pump head from the pump drive.

4 If applicable, remove tubings from the seal wash
support rings.
6 Using a 4 mm hexagonal key, stepwise loosen the two
pump head screws.
