Adding an emergency subscriber

To add an emergency subscriber to a domain or subdomain

Select Domains.

Select a domain (or a subdomain of a domain).

Select User > Add User.
The Add new user window appears.

Enter a name for the emergency subscriber (for example, 55911).

Enter and confirm a password for the subscriber.

Enter additional information for the emergency subscriber (optional).

Select the CoS for the subscriber that you created in
911 notification" on page

Click Save.
A message appears that the user is added successfully.

Adding an OSN subscriber

To add an OSN subscriber to a domain or subdomain

Select Domains.
2 Select a domain (or a subdomain of a domain).
3 Select User > Add User.
The Add new user window appears.
4 Enter a name for the OSN subscriber (for example, guarddeskA).
5 Enter and confirm a password for the OSN subscriber (required).
6 Enter additional information for the OSN subscriber (optional).
7 Click Save.
A message appears that the user is added successfully.
