Click UP or DOWN to reorder the CoS in the Current Choices Available
window. The CoS for 911 emergency notification must be the lowest in the
re-order list to ensure that all users have access to this route.
Select Domains.
Select the domain subdomain for which you want to configure the private
telephony route (for example, rich.abc.com)
Select Telephony Routes > Add Telephony Route.
Complete the fields for the new telephony route in the The Create New
Telephony Route window. The prefix field (this is the number that goes in
front of the 911) must be changed based on the username of the pseudo
emergency subscriber. The prefix field is the only field that is different
between every telephony route in every subdomain.
