When the Presence service and the Advanced
Addressbook service are assigned to a service package,
and the Addressbook service parameter Maximum
Number of Addressbook Entries Allowed is less than
the Presence service parameter Maximum size of client
friend list, then the number of friends that a subscriber
can have is limited to the Addressbook service parameter
Maximum Number of Addressbook Entries Allowed.
Note: The maximum value is 10000; however,
administrators must consult traffic/capacity guidelines
when defining the service parameters for Advanced
Addressbook.
When the Presence service and the Device Access
Restrictions service are assigned to a service package,
and the Restriction Access parameter is configured to
Restricted Access, then the subscriber does not have the
ability to access presence on the IP Phone 2004.
When the Presence service is assigned to a service
package, but the Addressbook service is not assigned to
the service package, then the number of friends that a
subscriber may have is limited to10 or the Presence
service parameter Maximum size of client friend list
(whichever is less).
When the Advanced Screening service is assigned to a
service package, but the Voicemail service is not assigned
to the service package, then the Personal Agent Route
Wizard does not provide the ability create a route that
terminates a call to voice mail (through the voicemail
service).
When and Converged Desktop service and the Advanced
Screening service are assigned to a service package, then
the Route Wizard lets the user define a route action that
does not open a call window on the Multimedia PC Client
(through the Do not pop up a call window). Also, the
Personal Agent does not permit the Converged Desktop
subscriber to define route actions that handle the call with
a Request an E-mail or a Rejection Message.
