Listing a Media Portal Group

To display a list of all Media Portal Groups defined in the system

To select a domain, scan the list for the domains containing locations that
are to be associated with this Media Portal Group.
b After you select a domain, click the Next button to view or select
Locations from within that Domain. The Next button moves the process
into its next stage (association of Locations with a Media Portal Group).

Click Cancel at any time to exit the Create Media Portal Group page.
Using the Cancel button abandons this creation request, and display the
List Media Portal Groups page.
The final stage of defining a Media Portal Group involves selecting specific
Locations from within the selected Domain's Location Hierarchy. These
Locations are selected based upon their proximity to the colocated Media
Portal Resources and their proximity to the serviced endpoints. Actions
performed on this page are:

Select Locations- Scan the Location Hierarchy for this Domain for
Locations that are to be associated with this Media Portal Group. After
the Locations of interest in this domain are selected, do one of the
following:
— Click Save to repeat this process and return to the Select Domain
page where other Domains or Locations can be associated to the
Media Portal Group
— Click Save/Done to complete the creation of this Media Portal Group
(and display the List Media Portal Groups page).
b Click Cancel to exit the Select Locations page. Using the Cancel button
abandons the current selections (but does not affect previously saved
selections), and the List Media Portal Groups page appears.
Select Media Portal > List Media Portal Groups.
The List Media Portal Groups page appears.
To remove a Media Portal Group from the system, click the Delete link.
