a minimum password length that must be between 4 and 10 characters in
length
a minimum of 0 to 10 numerical characters that must be present in the
password
a minimum of 0 to 10 non-numerical characters that must be present in the
password
Capital and lowercase characters A through Z, (specifically ASCII codes:
0x41h through 0x5Ah, and 0x61h through 0x7Ah)
Special characters ! & ( ) ' - . , ? @ ^ _
Select System > Password policy.
The Add a new policy window appears.
In the Password Policy Name text box, enter a password based on the policy
rules (case sensitive, and from 1 to 30 characters in length).
Specify the following:
— Minimum Length of the Password
— Minimum Number of Digits in Password
— Minimum Number of Characters in Password
Note: The sum of the minimum number of numeric characters and the
minimum number of non-numeric characters must be less than or equal to
the specified minimum length.
— Initial Password Reset (True or False). This option forces a user to change
their password when they access Personal Agent the first time after an
account is created for them. The clients do not allow the user to log on
even if they do not change their password from the Personal Agent.
Click Submit to store the policy.
