Perform the following steps to create a new provisioning role.
1
Select Admins > Add Roles.
The Add a New Role pane appears.

Enter a name for the provisioning role in the Role Name field (required).

Enter a description for the provisioning role in the Role Description field.

To define the level of administrator access, select the check box for Read,
Write, or Delete next to each privilege.

Click Add.
A message appears saying that the role is successfully created.
Grants permission for...
Assign services to root domains.
Add, modify, and delete root domains.
View Resources assigned to domains.
Add, modify, and delete Media Portal Groups.
Add, modify, and delete Routability Groups.
Add, modify, and delete Password Policies.
Add, modify, and delete Client Types.
Add, modify, and delete TimeZones.
Download Tools.
Turn the logs on or off.
Add, modify, and delete Emergency Numbers.
View UserCount at the domain level.
Add, modify, and delete Service Nodes.
Add, modify, and delete Logical Entities.
Add, modify, and delete System Locations.
Manage MAS Meet Me Applications.
