Select Domains.
Under the domain where you want to configure a CDP or UDP dialing plan,
select Telephony Routes > Number Qualifier.
The Number Qualifier window appears. The number qualifier is used to
configure the value of the parameter phone-context in the SIP URI for
outgoing calls and is used to configure the correct digit to the called number,
if the call is coming from a PBX with phone-context number configured in it.
Note: If a number qualifier is not found in the domain identified in the
request URI, the number qualifiers (if any) of that domain's parent
domain (if any) is considered next. This process continues until a match is
found or top-level domain is encountered that has no parent domain.
