Select Add Media Portal Group to display the Create Media Portal Group
page in the right pane and begin the multistage process of creating a new
collection of colocated BCP 7000 series.
Specify a unique Media Portal Group Name and identify the set of member
Media Portal Resources. The actions performed at this stage are

Click a single Foreign Domain in the list, or Shift+click a continuous
range of Foreign Domains from the list, or Ctrl+click multiple separate
Foreign Domains from the list.
d When the Group Name, Selected Resources, and Foreign Domains are
finalized, you can initiate the next stage of the creation process. When
you click Next, a Media Portal Group is created, and the next stage in the
process begins, enabling an association of Locations with the group).

Click Cancel to exit the Create Media Portal Group page and to abandon
this creation request.
The List Media Portal Groups page appears.

The second stage of defining a Media Portal Group begins after a unique
Group Name is specified and Selected Resources identified, and involves the
association of the Media Portal Group to Locations. When the Select Domain
page first appears, it includes confirmation that the new Media Portal Group is
added. The Select Domain page provides a pull-down list of all domains in the
system. Each entry in the list also provides an indication of how many
Locations in that particular Domain are already members of a Media Portal
Group (in parenthesis). A Location can only be associated with a single Media
Portal Group. Actions performed on this page are
