Configuring access to the logical entity

To configure access to the Announcements logical entity in the domain where
service is needed
1
Select Routable Services > Treatments/Causes > Assign Pool.
The Modify Treatment Announcements Pool page appears.
2
From the drop-down list, select the logical entity that is created for treatments.
3
Click Next.
The Assign Treatment files page appears.
4
Define a group name in the Group Name field. The group name must be
descriptive for the reasons or messages that trigger the group to be executed.
The name must be unique for the subdomain, although a root domain can have
an identical group name.
Tip: Use the group name to logically associate one or more treatment
(cause) reasons with treatment audio files.
5
Scroll through the list of treatment reasons available for the subdomain in the
Available Reasons field. Select one or more of the reasons and press Add.
The treatment reason appears in the Selected Reasons window (at least one
reason must be selected).
Note: The Available Reasons field contains all the SIP cause messages
that are supported in the current release of the Announcements service.
6
From the list of Available Files, click Add to select the treatment audio files to
be played when any of the treatment reasons that you previously selected are
generated.
