Assigning a user to a provisioned voice-mail server

In order for a user to have voice mail, you must associate a voice-mail server and
mail box for that user.
To associate a user with a voice-mail server that is already provisioned

To view details of a provisioned SIP-, Trunk-, or Line-based voice-mail server

Select Domains.
Select the domain for the user.
Select Users > List Users.
Click Search to display a list of users in the domain.
Click the Details link for the user you want to associate with a voice-mail
server.
Click the Voicemail link.
Select a voice-mail server to use when sending calls for this user to voice mail
from the drop down list of provisioned voice-mail servers for this domain.
Enter the voice mail address (up to 30 characters) in the Voicemail field.
Click Save.
A message indicates that the voice mail is successfully added (or updated, if
you modify a user's voice-mail server information).
Select Voice Mail > List Voice Mail Servers.
