Using the Provisioning Client to add emergency
subscribers and telephony routes
Use the Provisioning Client for the following:

Creating a CoS for the 911 notification

As a first step, create a new CoS for the 911 notification and assign it to the parent
domain.
To create the CoS

Tip: Because telephony routes are only unique within a subdomain, you
cannot have more than one OSN location per subdomain

Select Domains.
Select the subdomain for which you want to configure the CoS (for example,
rich.abc.com)
Select Telephony Routes > Routing COS.
Enter a name and a description for the CoS.
Click Save.
The CoS appears in the Current Choices Available window.
