Location

This section includes the following topics:

Create a domain default location

When a domain is created (including the system domain that is created by the
system administrator), the domain automatically creates a default location (called
other). Because other is the only location present at the moment of a domains
creation, it is used as the initial default location for the domain.
Every domain has an other location, and, while the name other is ambiguous, each
other location is unique, (qualified by the domain name). The other location
cannot be deleted. After initial creation, you can create a multilayered location
hierarchy for a domain.

Fundamentals (NN42020-132) document.
Note: Locations are provisioned in the root domain.
