Configuring access to treatment routable services
information
Treatment and cause announcements consist of one or more audio messages that
you can chain together, and for which you can specify a play-back order. You
decide which audio messages the caller hears for a given call failure scenario.
Additionally, you can configure these messages to loop indefinitely or for a
specified duration. When the caller hears the announcement you can configure the
service to terminate the call, or to route the call to a pre-defined number (for
example, voice mail or security).

Select Routable Services > Treatments/Causes > Create Treatment/Cause
Files.
The Create Treatment Files page appears.
Tip: In this step you are identifying the treatment files (in .wav format)
that you already placed on one MAS in the Announcements logical entity.
To assign a treatment file, chose a logical entity from the list of treatment
pooled entities available in this domain.
Click the Edit Files link.
A new page appears where you can define treatment files for the logical
entity.
In the New File field, enter the name of a treatment file, and click Add.
Tip: Prior to this step, you must physically upload this treatment file onto
one of the MASs in this logical entity. Also, the name of the treatment file
must match the name of the file that is provisioned on the MAS.
Repeat step 4 for each additional treatment file that you wish to add.
A list of treatment files now appears in the Current Files field.
