The Create Music Folders page appears.
Tip: In this step you identify the music folders containing music files in
.wav format that you have already placed on one of the MAS in the
Music-on-Hold logical entity.

From the list of MOH pooled entities available in this domain, choose one to
to assign a music folder to.

Click the Edit Folders link.
A new page appears where you can define a music folder(s) for the logical
entity.

In the New Folder field, enter the name of a music folder, and click Add.
Tip: Prior to this step, you must physically upload this music folder
(containing music files in .wav format) onto one of the MAS in this
logical entity.

Repeat Step 4 for each additional music folder that you wish to add.
A list of music folders now appears in the Current Folders field.

Click Save.

Assigning a music folder to the MOH service

To assign a music folder in the domain where access to the MOH service is
needed

Select Routable Services > Music on Hold > Assign Music Folders.
The Modify Music on Hold Pool page appears.

From the drop-down list, select the logical entity you have created for the
MOH service.

Click Next.
The Assign Folder page appears.
