17. HOW TO ADJUST THE PRINT HEAD POSITION
Step 2)
Remove the print head fixing clip (green part), and loosen the print head fixing screws.
First, fit the ±0.2mm jig to the print head in the negative direction and tighten the print head fixing
screws.
Step 3)
Attach the print head fixing clip (green part), and perform a print test to check the print quality.
When there is no problem with the print quality, the adjustment is completed.
Step 4)
If poor print still occurs, repeat the above Step 2 and Step 3 to find the best position.
Use the jigs in the following order:
(1) -0.2mm  (2) -0.3mm  (3) -0.4mm  (4) -0.1mm  (5) 0mm  (6) +0.1mm
When print quality becomes proper, the adjustment is completed.
If the print quality does not improve, adjust the print head position to the most acceptable position among
the above six positions.
