5. Message in the power save mode
The language differs depending on the printer status before the printer enters the power save mode.

When the printer is placed in the power save mode by above-mentioned printer status allowing shift to
the power save mode, "POWER SAVING MODE" is displayed.
6. Conditions for displaying usual messages in the power save mode
When the following occurs in the power save mode, the power save mode is terminated.

The head lever is unlocked or locked in the power save mode. (This is because there is a message
indicating the head lever unlock.)
There is a change in the pause signal line or active signal line of the expansion I/O. (This is because
there is a message indicating a pause state.)
7. Conditions for displaying "POWER SAVING MODE"
When there is no key operations or head lever status change and the power save mode is continued for
30 seconds, "POWER SAVING MODE" is displayed on the LCD.
When data is saving in the storage area, "POWER SAVING MODE" is displayed in 30 seconds after the
completion of the data save if no printer operation is done.
