4. Use the parameters described in Table 55 to configure your
switch port.

Select the VLAN assignment for this switch
port. The default value is Discard (no VLAN).
Note:
Only one LEC per VLAN is permitted.
Select Enable or Disable the port's learning of
new addresses. The default value is Enable.
Select Enable or Disable spanning tree protocol
on this port. The default value is Enable.

on how a LEC is displayed with regards to
Spanning Tree.
Note:
For RFC1483 VSPs, Spanning Tree
Mode should be disabled.
Fast Start is not supported. The default value is
Disable. Leave this Disabled.
