Add PVC Destination

IRTUAL HANNELS
Creates an additional destination connection (branch) for an existing
point-to-multipoint PVC. Enter the call ID of the original PVC setup and
the parameters: output port number, VPI/VCI and CLP, with the same
permissible values. Default values for cell loss level, priority, and cell loss
priority are used (see Table 28). The full PVC call setup limits apply.
You cannot add an additional PVC destination to a P2P PVC.
