Reboots the system. The system verifies that the configuration flash is up
to date before rebooting.

The reboot operation takes about 1 minute. After reboot, the login
screen is displayed.
If you have configured one or more of the switch parameters, either
through a LMA menu item or through the Fast Setup, and a redundant
switch is present, wait three minutes before rebooting to allow the
redundant switch to be updated.
