Select the monitor type to be connected.

When connecting a color monitor, select Character color and BG color.

The main screen will be displayed.
When the settings have been completed, it is useful to use Startup Mode when actually operating
the V530-R160.
Startup Mode is used to set the startup conditions (display screen) when the V530-R160 is next
started. For example, set the V530-R160 to start in RUN Mode. This will allow readings to be
started immediately and will make day-to-day operations easier.
Refer to page 186 (Sec.7).
Never input the RESET signal or turn OFF the power when startup messages are displayed. Data
may be lost, and the V530-R160 may not operate properly the next time it is started.
