A margin of 1 or more cells around the code is required.
An area other than 1. to 3. contains the data.
Countermeasures
Codes were restored to correct errors, but not
decoded correctly.
Data of QRCode may be stained or damaged.
• Check the condition of the data part of the
code.
• Register the pattern again.
The registered pattern may not be the opti-
mum one.
• Increase the size of the code image.
The cell recognition coordinates may be
incorrect.
The printing is in a special format and not
defined for the V530-R160. (e.g. link mode)
• Change the printing format.
Decoding was not performed within the time-
out time.
• Make the reading angle in Pattern set-
tings/Code settings smaller.
• Lengthen the Reading settings/Timeout.
• Change the angle of vision, e.g. by increas-
ing the size of the code image.
