17 Clean up any fuel that may have spilled during
this procedure.
18 Install the fuel pump mounting plate.
19 Turn the key switch to ground control and pull
out the red Emergency Stop buttons to the
position at both the ground and platform
controls.
20 Start the engine from the ground controls.
Inspect the fuel filter and hoses for leaks.
Explosion and fire hazard. If a fuel
leak is discovered, keep any
additional personnel from entering
the area and do not operate the
machine. Repair the leak
immediately.
21 Install the access plate behind the fuel and
hydraulic tank tray.
22 Raise the platform and return the safety arm to
the stowed position.
23 Lower the platform to the stowed position.
