HYDRAUbiC BRAKE
PISTON BOOT
Remove the piston boot and the circlip from the
master cylinder body.
SNAP
R I N G PLIERS
0791 4-3230001
Remove the secondary cup and piston. Then remove
the primary cup and spring.
Remove the brake light switch from the master
cylinder body, i f necessary.
Clean the inside of the master cylinder and reservoir
with brake fluid.
I NSPECTIBN
Measure the master cylinder I.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 14.065 mm (0.553 in)
Check the master cylinder for scores, scratches or
nicks.
