FRONT WHEE I_/SUSPENS%ON
Remove the left handlebar switch assembly.
U P P E R HOLDER
Remove the handlebar upper holder and handlebars.
Place the handlebar onto the lower holder aligning
the punch mark with the upper face of the lower
holder.
Install the upper holder, tighten the forward bolts
first, then tighten the rear bolts.
TORQUE: 25-35 N"m
(2.5-3.5
kg-m, 18-25 ft-ils)
Install the bolt caps.
Apply grease to the throttle grip sliding sur.face and
slide the throttle grip over the handlebar.
Attach the weights to the end of the handlebar.
