MAIN JOURNAL BEARING
REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL
Press the bearing out with a hydraulic press and
Main Bearing Dis/asseembly Tool; use the end with
the "'R" mark.
CAUTION
engine case damage, alwnys use a
hydraulic press and bearing removal tool to
rernove bearings.

Press the bearings out of the crankshaft cap bearing
support with a hydraulic press and bearing removal
tool. Use the tool end with the "R" mark.
To prevent crankshaft cap damage, always use
a hydraulic press and bearing removal tool to
rerrzove bearirzxs.
