You can set the document storing settings.

Press (SETTING).

Select [Store Document Settings], and then press

Change the setting, and then press

Press until the top screen is displayed.

Description
Over Stores documents in a bulletin box.
Write
Deletes stored documents.
Prints stored documents.
Prints a received fax document that is not printed due to an error of this machine or other
reasons.
