Using Direct Entry
Memo
Specify a destination in step 3 in
1.
Enter a destination name in [Name] on the [Specifying numbers] tab in [Recipients].
2.
Enter the fax number of the destination in [FAX number].
3.
Enter comments in [Comments] if necessary.
4.
Click [Add<-].
5.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 to enter all the destinations.
6.
Click [OK].
