You can create and edit the telephone book.

Press (SETTING).

Description
No. Displays an item number.
Name Sets a name of a destination. You can enter up to 24 one-byte characters.
Fax Number Sets a fax number of a destination. You can enter up to 40 one-byte digits.
Group No. Selects a group.
Deletes the registered speed dial.
Sorts speed dials by alphabetical order.
Sorts speed dials by registered numerical order.
Searches for a speed dial.
No. Displays an item number.
Name Sets a group name. You can enter up to 16 one-byte characters.
Speed Dial Sets a speed dial. You can register up to 100 e-mail addresses in a group.
Deletes the registered group.
Sorts group by alphabetical order.
Sorts group by registered numerical order.
Searches for a group.
