Click in order of [Admin Setup] > [Network Menu] > [Mail Server Setup].

Select [POP3 Server], and then enter the address of the POP3 server.

Click [Valid character check] to check the address of the POP3 Server.

Set [POP User ID] and [POP Password] if necessary.
11.
Click [Valid character check] to check the entered values.
12.
Click (Save to device).
