If the Error Code is "390"

If the "Paper jam has occurred. Please open the scanner unit and the top cover to check." message is displayed, a paper jam has
occurred near the paper feed entrance.
Remove the jammed paper by following the procedure below.
1.
Remove a document from the ADF and document glass.
2.
Open the scanner unit.
3.
Press the top cover open button.
4.
Open the top cover.
Work carefully, because the fuser is very hot.
5.
Hold the image drum handle with both hands and remove it from the machine gently.
Burns may result.
